Returns & Exchanges

We hope you loved what you ordered, but in case you didn’t, we can send you a new size, a different colour or style, or we will happily process a refund for you.

You have 30 days from your purchase date to return your goods to us. Items must be in their original and saleable condition, preferably with its tags intact in in its original packaging.

In order for us to process this for you, please email [email protected] with the following information:

Name on order
Order number
Contact email
Contact phone number

If you can outline what it is you need or what the problem is, we will do our best to help you and solve any issues you have.

Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of returns unless for faulty goods, but please attain proof of purchase from your chosen courier.

Once we have received the item you’ve returned, we will credit the payment card used for your original order, or if arranged, we will send you out your replacement goods.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.
